3.2. Payment: Taskitly may offer integrated bill payment functionality for certain services. By using Taskitly's bill payment feature, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Taskitly will process payments on your behalf and may charge applicable fees for its services.

3.3. Third-Party Services: Taskitly may integrate or provide links to third-party services or websites. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Taskitly does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of third-party services.

 

4.1. Taskitly Content: All content available on Taskitly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Taskitly Technology Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. User Content: By submitting any content, such as reviews or feedback, to Taskitly, you grant Taskitly Technology Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
 
 

Taskitly's privacy practices are outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using Taskitly, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
 

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Taskitly Technology Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Taskitly or these Terms.
 

These Terms shall be governed by the law of the federal government of Nigeria and in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Taskitly shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
 

Taskitly Technology Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
